He turns street waste into animal representations

Carcasses of cars, cans, plastic packaging ... There is a lot of street waste. In Portugal, Bordalo II is an artist who creates surprising street art works. The idea: use street litter to represent the most famous wild animals.

Bordalo II recovers waste of all kinds, which he assembles on the walls. With different paintings, he "gives life" to animals with a certain 3D effect. The result is absolutely stunning, and proves that pollution can also have real artistic value. A way also for the artist to denounce the harmful effects of pollution on our ecosystem and animal species.
