A billboard that makes you feel the effects of speed

And if you could really live and feel what an advertisement wants you to do? In New York, students from the School of Visual Arts have devised an interactive and immersive advertising billboard to promote NASCAR, the premier governing body for auto racing in the United States. This display has the effect of making you feel the effects of speed.

When a person passes the panel, a motion sensor activates and several cars scroll at high speed in the screen. At the same time, a wind effect surprises the passer-by and repels his hair, symbolizing the velocity of the vehicles. An ingenious and relevant idea, which for the moment is only in the draft stage.
