He reproduces London buildings and superimposes his drawings to reality

Native Sydney, Maxwell Tilse is a 23-year-old artist with a passion for drawing and travel, who enjoys revisiting the cities he discovers in an artistic way. For more than two years, he lived in London and the English capital has visibly inspired an original and poetic creative project.

Maxwell fun indeed to illustrate on simple paper the most emblematic buildings of London architecture. If the vast majority of his cuts illustrate London's typically English pubs, the artist is also interested in popular monuments such as Big Ben orTower Bridge. He then enjoys taking pictures on which he superimposes his paper drawings to the original buildings.

A project that seems to have some success on Instagram or Maxwell Tilse counts more than 19,000 subscribers. And if you enjoyed his artistic style, you can also buy his best drawings on his page Etsy.
