These four machines were designed to overcome the lack ofphysical activity in the elderly. Each of the machines thus makes it possible to accentuate, exaggerate and amplify the different gestural steps required to prepare the recipe for tagliatelle.
Cooking as a pretext for physical exertion 💪
The first machine was designed to allow you to mix eggs and flour and then for flatten dough.
